Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from Paris, France. If a delivery is refused or not collected in time and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the shipping and handling costs. Orders to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs fees on delivery. If you have any doubt, please get in touch.
Turnaround
Our jewellery is made ethically, in small batches in our own workshops, using the highest quality materials and to exacting standards. We process orders as quickly as availability allows. Some pieces ship within 2 to 3 days, others can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on availability.
Returns & Exchanges
For orders placed on our website, you have 15 calendar days to contact us about returning or exchanging unworn jewellery. Please email yell.hurlement@gmail.com.
Jewellery bought in person, or collected directly at our workshop, is subject to an exchange-only policy within 30 days, provided it remains unworn.
If you have any doubt about your size, please contact our customer service.
Returned jewellery must be intact and kept in its original packaging: the jewellery box, the pouches and the outer carton, or an equivalent rigid box that protects its contents. Please do not return jewellery in a plain envelope. If the jewellery arrives damaged due to inadequate return packaging, in a used condition, or for any other reason, the right to a full refund is lost.
If you are returning from outside the EU, please write “return to sender” on the shipping label. As this is a return, no customs fees apply, so please declare the parcel value as €1. You may use your country's standard postal service. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
Items purchased with a gift card or store credit, as well as gift cards and store credit themselves, and shipping costs where applicable, are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs may apply to exchanges depending on your location, or in the case of repeated exchanges.

How do I clean my jewellery?
Sterling silver: if you have not worn your silver pieces for a while, the colour may have darkened slightly — but there is nothing to worry about. It cleans up easily with a polishing cloth or a silver polishing solution.
How do I best look after my jewellery?
Take your jewellery off before going to bed, bathing, swimming or exercising. Avoid exposing it needlessly to heat and humidity.
How should I store my jewellery?
When you are not wearing your jewellery, keep it somewhere safe and dry. Do not store it in the bathroom or in damp places. Jewellery boxes are a good place to keep your pieces, but bear in mind that they do not protect sterling silver from tarnishing and oxidation.
