How to book an appointment?

How long does an appointment take?
Around 15 to 20 minutes: enough time to discuss your project, answer your questions, and 3 minutes to take the impression.
What happens during the appointment?
We talk through your project — style, metal, finish, budget — show you pieces and references, then take your dental impression. Production starts from there.
Do I pay on the day of the appointment?
Yes, the order is paid for at the first appointment.

How to get there?
Metro: Daumesnil (lines 6 and 8) — 2-minute walk. Bus: lines 29, 46, 87. Bike: Vélib' station on rue de Reuilly, 200m away. Car: public car park on avenue Daumesnil, a 5-minute walk.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm, by appointment.
Appointments outside these hours are possible on request.

The workshop is on the ground floor with step-free access, so it is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.
Payment & quotes
Can I get a quote before coming in?
Of course. Send us your request by phone or on Instagram with the details — number of teeth, metal, options — and we will send you an indicative quote within 24 hours. The final quote is agreed during the impression appointment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not as a rule, but orders over €1,500 can be paid in two instalments.
